Young Adult Resources
Vocation Directors Working with Young Adults
The following resources are for use by anyone involved in vocation promotion to young adults. Each of the programs submitted for inclusion in this section of the NRVC site come from vocation directors who have experienced success with the described strategies. If you have developed a successful vocation program that you'd like to share, please submit your ideas to daprieto@nrvc.net.
Long-term Programs
A list of discerment and service programs requiring a significant time commitment.
Short-term Programs
A list based on the assumption that young adults desire to live and learn through personal experience.
Ongoing Discernment Approaches
These programs have been used by vocation directors to establish and maintain on-going contact with young adult discerners.
University and College Programs
A selection of faith formation and discernment programs offered to young adults on college campuses.
Young Adult Organizations
A selection of Catholic faith-based organizations run by or for young adults.
